Healthy Routine

Let's start our day with some sort of Excercise.  1. Time we wakeup 7:00 let's make it to 6:45 & Get 15 minutes for Dynamic Yoga. 2. Second time for Static Yoga & Pranayam 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM, the time we login.

Life Lessons

1. We don't have control over anybody, so never try to take control over someone, it will suffocate the person or break us when we loss the control. 2. Let People Do What They Want Don't influence their decisions, Just tell your knowledge about it, let them take it as suggestion or ignore it. 3. It's more than a lesson, a kind of decision. I'll be defining boundaries & secrets to be kept when there can be consequences of telling it. But when there's no loss being real, I'll be telling what the reality is, wherever it's required.

The End of Problems (Thoughts)

Thoughts are nothing but telling words to ourself. There is no more usage of thought than communication and to do something.  When there is nothing to do, we don't need thought. Even when we need to do something the involvement of thought is limited to that task only. Not to the thousands of other things we can consider. A word is introduced by a language. Which relates to something. But it is not that thing. Even if we get to know the word, it's meaning what it relates to, still we cannot get the complete picture of what it is. Because it's just a word not the actual thing. If we make a story around that word, it does not mean we know it, we understood it. As it will be the only theory, not the practical. And if we get to know or see the actual thing our story may be devastated.  Listen without memory When there are people talking just try to listen without saying a word to yourself. It will be like a new born baby, who don't have any memory to listen through it.

100 Days 100 Goals

Starting from Today, I will be writing One Goal for the day for 100 Days . If by any chance there is a miss of writing/completing the Goal, next Day I will definitely Write and complete. There will not be 2 consecutive Day Misses. Completed will be ticked✓ and others may be done on a later day. Goal Today: 27 Aug -  See Mind and Body connection with Good Workout✓ 28 Aug - Walk, Watch, Communicate 2 Sep - Good Posture and Right Decisions 25 Sep - Make No cook receipe video

Stop Estimations

There's no need to check the last seen of peeps. No need to estimate who is doing what. No need to be available all the time. This just works this way. Only focus should be on our work. When we move to next company we dont need to tell how much I was available, who was doing what, who was available who was not, at what time most people start their work. Only thing we need is what we have done. If we have done things with all our heart and soul, then there is no need to fake anything in front of interviewers of a new company. Our work is our power, that is the thing which a company requires, if we start with one learning each day . We will be having a lot done in short period of time.  Instead of focusing on number of things in a day, just note down that one thing in  which we felt accomplished. 

Good Communication

1. Taking Follow Ups - Talk with your beloved ones, relatives, friends and all who adds value to your life.            Taking a follow up with them maybe daily for some, weekly for others. But sure communicate without waiting for their consent/concern.  As we don't like when people call or message without anything they are having : a work/ a story to tell/ some talks that make us laugh/happy.  Why not to make one? Make a story, get a work (which may be insignificant but let us commute) 

Defining My Future Self at the Age of 30

2029 :  I am going to be 30 YO I will be : *Master in whatever I will be doing at that point. *Learning constantly and Growing in Work life (outer world) as well as inner world *Get sense of empathy and communication to win people without doing efforts(just being real me) * Physically Fit and Active * Mentally Relax and Strong * Giving time for my body and mind * Will Let our loved ones do what they want * Will be asking Good Questions to myself and others

Investment 10%

Our X Investment Amount should include : 1. Equity Products (75%) 2. Dept Products (20%) 3. Gold (5%) Investment Products/Percentages may be changed later with knowledge of other financial aspects.

Finance Ratio Management

10% of In-hand will Go to Investments - Flat 4500 66.1% to Mom (Saving for House/Expenses) - Flat 30000 1% to Charity (Save in main acc& Donate) - Flat 450 4.41% For Personal Savings - Flat 2000 %18.73 For Our Expenses + Wants - Total 8520 Exp ac - 6000 Wants ac - 2520 Savings in Expenses Goes to Investment Account at the end of month. We can use this amount for self development purpose. Exceeded Expenses can be withdrawn from Wants account and then Savings.

Finance Management

For now I will maintain 4 Banks for 4 different purposes. Paytm Bank : For Wants Kotak Bank : For Expenses Canara Bank : For Investments HDFC Bank : For Savings •Cash Needed?  Send to HDFC and Get from atm •Someone need to borrow? Tell the sum in Wants Give from it. Recover the lended money within 15 Days, if the borrower not having money problem at that moment.

Work Time

Instead of Putting efforts to get the work done or To do the things which don't have a noticable deadline. Put some efforts of scheduling the tasks with Some Small Realistic Goals.  List out the Goals for Today: Make a Work Buffer Time. Take a Break to do what else we love. Get Back to Work with more energy.  Lets Follow That 😉

We Don't Want to Waste

Our Time Our  Energy Our Valuable Life Why we waste time? We may consider it as a break to work or avoiding the work for a time. We actually don't want or need it: We want to do things which adds value to our life, so why not do things one after other. 

After Completing Posts

After publishing Posts on Social Media 1. Reset the ActionDash App timers 2. Use phone for 10 minute more and keep it aside 3. Get a Book and Read it until Sleep 4. Aahan Remember Brush is must before sleep
