100 Days 100 Goals

Starting from Today, I will be writing One Goal for the day for 100 Days. If by any chance there is a miss of writing/completing the Goal, next Day I will definitely Write and complete. There will not be 2 consecutive Day Misses. Completed will be ticked✓ and others may be done on a later day.

Goal Today:
27 Aug - See Mind and Body connection with Good Workout✓
28 Aug - Walk, Watch, Communicate
2 Sep - Good Posture and Right Decisions
25 Sep - Make No cook receipe video

Use phone only when required

I will use phone only when required. Like I will not use phone in between tasks. Will take separate breaks or checkpoints of using phone for the Things which seems or are important. If there's an urge to do anything which does not relate to the task we are doing Just Write It. For this make the Pen and Temp writing board handy. 😉
